With the development of
the digital society and digital economy, data has
become a core production factor, making the mining
of its value an urgent priority. On the other hand,
data security remains a key focus in the field of
information technology. Therefore, achieving
privacy-preserving data fusion computing and value
extraction has emerged as a critical research topic.
The integration of blockchain and privacy-enhancing
algorithms presents a viable approach to this
challenge, enabling "usable yet invisible,
controllable yet measurable" data
governance.However, current blockchain and
privacy-enhancing technologies still face challenges
in terms of efficiency, security, and application
models, hindering their widespread adoption in
real-world business scenarios. Next-generation
blockchain architectures, high-efficiency
privacy-preserving techniques, and their integrated
solutions for secure data utilization constitute the
focal points of this session.
Organizer:
Prof. Zhaozhong Guo,
Beijing Information Science and Technology
University, China
Guo Zhaozhong holds a dual
bachelor's degree in Science and Economics from
Peking University, a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics,
and is a Boya Postdoctoral Fellow and Senior
Engineer. He has been selected for a
provincial-level youth talent program and currently
serves as a professor and master's supervisor at
Beijing Information Science and Technology
University, as well as a specially appointed
researcher at the Ministry of Education's Key
Laboratory of Blockchain. With extensive expertise
in cryptography, blockchain, and privacy computing,
he excels in cryptographic security protocols and
blockchain architecture design. He has published
over 10 SCI/EI-indexed papers and filed more than 20
patent applications, with 12 granted. In
cryptography, his identity-based hierarchical
encryption mechanism (IBE) won second prize in a
military cryptographic algorithm competition. In
blockchain, as project leader, he has overseen the
military's "Huiyan Action" achievement
transformation and application project and an open
research project from the Yunnan Provincial Key
Laboratory of Blockchain Application Technology. He
has also participated as a key researcher in
multiple national key R&D projects on blockchain and
pre-research projects on blockchain for the Central
Military Commission's Equipment Development
Department. The consensus mechanism he designed,
Baguena, was included in the China Blockchain Blue
Book.
